How We Manage Projects

Shared decisions.
Progress, step by step.

Who, what, and when to make decisions. Clearly define the purpose, deliverables, and verification items at each stage, and share decisions during the process without waiting until completion.

From Sharing Issues to Improving Operations.

The approach is adjusted for each project. What needs to be confirmed at each stage is shared at the beginning.

  1. 01

    Understand Business and Objectives

Users, current process, problems, and desired changes. Share the basics and organize the issues to be addressed.

    Deliverables
    Organize issues and goals
    Make decisions together
Which business operations to target and what to improve
  2. 02

    Determine the scope and approach

Clarify the implementation method, priority, roles, and dependent conditions. We will also share any verification requirements in advance.

    Deliverables
    Scope, Roles, Acceptance Criteria
    Make decisions together
The scope to be developed first and the method to confirm completion
  3. 03

    Build and Verify

Proceed with design, development, and verification, and confirm based on actual usage. If requirements change, consider the impact on cost and schedule.

    Deliverables
    System verification results
    Make decisions together
Check if it meets the specifications. Determine how much changes to incorporate.
  4. 04

To a state where it can be used in business operations

Organize documents, usage methods, and support channels. Perform data migration and confirmation during implementation to ensure smooth handover.

    Deliverables
    Implementation plan and operational roles
    Make decisions together
Conditions for starting use and contact information in case of problems.
  5. 05

    Choose the next improvement

We identify issues from user feedback and necessary data. Considering the impact and burden on business operations, we decide what to work on next.

    Deliverables
Priority of improvements and next plan
    Make decisions together
Decide what to fix, verify, and put on hold.

Rather than stopping changes,
We make decisions based on the impact.

It's possible that the situation or priorities at the site may change during development. We organize the impact on existing functionality, costs, and deadlines, and discuss the scope of what to incorporate.

We also agree individually on the support contact, scope of responsibility, and operational conditions after release. Being in charge of development does not mean indefinite maintenance or fixed response times.

You can start from the stage you need now.

You can view deliverables and the information to confirm first in each support plan.

Let's start with
the work you want to improve.

It's okay even if you don't have a proposal or requirements document.
Please tell us about your current situation and what you want to achieve.
