The process of entering information from membership application forms, contract and purchase application forms, identity verification documents (KYC), and accounting vouchers into core data was frequent, with transcription errors and processing time being challenges.
Built a system to automatically input data from various documents into core data using OCR. Established an operational management system to centrally manage member and KYC status, jointly held assets and shares, and withdrawals and distributions, and also took responsibility for inventory and warehouse management of aircraft parts handled by the group.
Eliminate manual data entry, reduce input errors and processing time. The entire internal business process runs on this foundation.
The tasks I was responsible for in this project
Three system areas.
Read application forms, contract and purchase application forms, KYC documents, and accounting vouchers with OCR and automatically input them into core data.
Manage members' KYC status, jointly owned assets and shares, deposits, withdrawals, and distributions in a centralized manner.
Manage inventory, storage locations, periodic stocktaking, purchase orders (PO), and pending deliveries (BO). Ensure traceability at the component level.
